Description
This very friendly, very tame small black (maybe dark brown) female dog, weighing about 30 lbs. with a pink collar came up to us this morning. Location was the intersection of West Side Drive and Tyler Seth Ave. She obviously belongs to someone. We took her to the vet to scan for a chip --- no chip, no dog tag.
